To participate as a paddler in the 2026 Scottsboro Dragon Boat Races, please complete the required participant waiver using the link below:

Please complete your waiver as soon as possible to ensure you are eligible to participate for practice and on race day. Thank you for taking care of this promptly, and we look forward to seeing you on the water!

  • 3 Dragon Boat team entries (25 members each: 20 paddlers, 8 of which must be female, 1 drummer, 4 alternates | 21 in each boat, each race)

  • Practice session for each team

  • Premium team tent placement and priority selection in sponsors’ area

  • Logo prominently displayed on event t-shirts; festival banner; event scoreboard

  • Sponsor recognition on Highlands Foundation and Nourish One Child’s website

  • 10 sponsor recognition announcements on public address during event

  • Opportunity to present award to Grand Champion winning team; display two sponsor-provided banners at key locations at event

  • Right to use event logo on sponsors’ marketing materials (must be approved)

  • Complimentary space for company exhibit or merchandising

Presenting Sponsor: $10,000
